Shipping policy

All ready to ship wigs , hair products and accessories are shipped out within 24-72 hours after your order has been placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded . Once we ship your order , you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with once your order has been shipped. 

Please Note : Once products have been shipped , we are not responsible for any issues that arise with lost , held , or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. 

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO FIX INCORRECT ADDRESSES!!!!
